Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Telecaller at The DFL Group. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with clients to provide information about the company's logistics services, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns. Other responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments, following up with potential clients, and supporting the sales and customer service teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
- Strong telecommunication skills, including inbound and outbound calling, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing client databases, with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience in scheduling and follow-ups
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Noida
- Prior experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related fields is advantageous
