Role Description
We’re looking for a Telecaller / Sales Executive to join The Content Gang.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Hitech City, Hyderabad.
Your primary role will be to connect with leads, qualify prospects, book meetings, and contribute directly to revenue growth by supporting the sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do
* Call and follow up with leads provided through CRM
* Qualify prospects and understand their business needs
* Book meetings for the sales team
* Consistently achieve weekly & monthly targets
* Maintain accurate call records and follow-up data
* Build strong rapport and handle conversations professionally

Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
* Strong communication & persuasion skills (English, Telugu & Hindi preferred)
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
