Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents and students to provide information about the school’s offerings and admission process. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to phone inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and following up on leads. The role also involves supporting the admissions team to ensure smooth communication between the school and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to engage with potential customers and address inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining records and executing follow-up calls
• Customer relationship management and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with basic computer tools such as MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in call communication or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communication or a related field is preferred
