Job Title
Telecaller-Cold Callings
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller who will be responsible for calling new/existing leads and converting them into business opportunities. The candidate will work closely with the founder to close deals and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on existing leads, old databases, and inquiries
- Re-engage cold leads and identify potential opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Explain company products/services (RFID solutions) in a simple manner
- Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for final closure
- Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Update lead status in Excel/CRM daily
- Coordinate with the founder for pricing and deal closure
- Ensure no lead is left unattended
Key Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in handling sales calls
- Ability to follow up consistently and handle objections
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Comfortable with Excel/CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Experience
- 0–3 years in telecalling / inside sales / business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Per lead conversion / deal closure
