Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our services, and generating qualified leads while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns effectively
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Bengali
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
