This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller at Talento. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential candidates and clients over the phone to provide information, answer inquiries, and follow up on leads. Core responsibilities include making outbound calls, resolving queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and fostering positive relationships. Additional tasks may include supporting customer acquisition efforts, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback to improve services.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in customer service, relationship building, and call handling
- Strong organizational skills including reliability in maintaining detailed records
- Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM software, and data entry skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently while meeting quality standards
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset
- Experience in a call center or similar role is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
