Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller for a full-time, on-site role located in Visakhapatnam. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to explain Sun World Trips' tour packages, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, managing customer accounts, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The candidate will also handle follow-ups and assist with resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephonic etiquette skills
- Proficiency in customer service, client relationship management, and resolving inquiries
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software familiarity
- Sales and problem-solving abilities with a focus on meeting customer needs
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer data and feedback
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and local languages is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or communication is beneficial
