What you'll do:
✅ Call prospective students & parents to explain our courses and programs
✅ Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrolments
✅ Maintain calling records and update CRM/lead sheets daily
✅ Coordinate with the sales team for smooth student on-boarding
✅ Meet daily & weekly calling targets consistently
Who we're looking for:
🎯 Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in tele-calling / customer support
🎯 Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
🎯 Confident, patient & persuasive on calls
🎯 Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
🎯 Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
