Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will play a key role in contacting potential customers and guiding them through the process of exploring real estate properties offered by SR Group. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, sharing information about properties, addressing customer queries, maintaining accurate call records, and scheduling site visits. The Telecaller will also work closely with the sales team to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and provide detailed property information
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
- Sales aptitude and ability to meet targets
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage call logs and schedules effectively
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or real estate is preferred
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications will be an added advantage
