A Telecaller at a leading consulting firm based in Sector -2, Noida (a staffing and recruitment organisation) handles outbound calls to potential clients or candidates to build relationships, generate leads, and facilitate hiring processes.
Role Description
The role involves understanding recruitment needs, communicating product/service offerings, maintaining database records, and providing professional phone support.
Key Responsibilities of a Telecaller:
Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential candidates or clients to promote staffing solutions, specifically in recruitment, to meet hiring goals.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining healthy relationships with clients and job seekers.
Customer Support: Resolving queries regarding recruitment services offered.
Record Keeping: Updating client interactions and tracking follow-ups.
Effective communication, active listening, and customer engagement are critical aspects of this role.
Requirements & Skills:
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills (often in English and regional languages).
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to be polite, persuasive, and an active listener.
Experience: Suitable for 0-1 years of experience (freshers often accepted).
Qualifications
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: A Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 per month + Incentives making overall pay up to ₹20,000/month.
📍 Location: Sector 2, Noida.
