Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Kanpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, responding to inquiries, promoting Spehre's services, and maintaining detailed records of calls. They will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to customer acquisition by effectively communicating Spehre's offerings. Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to achieve organizational goals will also be a part of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and the ability to engage with potential customers professionally
- Customer relationship management and proficiency in handling inquiries or resolving issues
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized records of calls, conversations, and feedback
- Positive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and a self-driven approach to achieving targets
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; additional languages are a plus
