Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will engage with prospective students or clients through phone calls, provide detailed information about training programs and services, address inquiries, and assist with enrollment processes. Responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records, following up on prospects, and building client relationships through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and regional languages
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in using telecalling tools such as CRM software or database management systems
- Ability to adapt communication style based on client needs and questions
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is desirable
- Highly self-motivated with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or communication is a plus
