Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Panipat. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to promote services, answer inquiries, and convert leads into appointments. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, providing excellent customer support, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with the team for improved sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address client needs and resolve inquiries
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and deliver clear, persuasive messages
- Sales ability, including the ability to close deals.
- Ability to provide training and support as needed to fellow team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record in telesales or related fields is a plus
