📋 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed service bookings
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively
🎯 Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of customer service and sales
- Ability to handle calls in a professional and respectful manner
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp, and calling tools
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
