Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with clients via telephone to provide information about company services, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. Core responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, following up on leads, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The candidate is expected to meet communication targets and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and handling customer inquiries
- Organizational and time management skills to maintain call records and meet targets
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous
- Ability to speak in multiple languages (especially Hindi and English) is a plus
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle client interactions professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a bonus.
