Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role located in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about the company's real estate offerings, and responding to inquiries. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating a database of prospective clients, following up on leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Telecaller will also assist in scheduling site visits and maintaining records of client interactions and transactions.

Location: Krishna nagar , Lucknow

CTC ; Upto Rs.15,000 fixed + Rs. 25,000 variable

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling CRM software and databases
• Ability to persuade and influence potential clients
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of the real estate market is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred
