Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Surat. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into appointments. Daily tasks include managing outbound calls, maintaining customer databases, providing information about the company's services, and resolving any preliminary customer concerns. The individual will play a vital role in communicating the benefits of solar energy and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining detailed records
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A positive attitude, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is beneficial
