Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai in this on-site position. The Telecaller will engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls, provide product and service information, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, following up on leads, updating customer records, and providing prompt responses to customer inquiries, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and service teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to operate CRM software and other office tools.
- Multi-tasking and organizational abilities to manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, build rapport, and handle customer queries effectively.
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for engaging with customers, and willingness to learn about automotive products and services.
- Educational qualifications: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
