Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain available real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update the database of leads.
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly.
Coordinate with sales and field teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Maintain call logs, daily reports, and client feedback.
Build good relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience in real estate calling, tele-sales, or customer service preferred (Fresher's are also welcome)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
