Telecaller – First Calling Team (Lead Qualification)
Department: Sales / Inside Sales
Location: Rohini, Delhi
Reporting To: Team Lead – First Calling / Inside Sales Manager
Role Purpose (Sharpened)
Act as the first qualification gate of the revenue funnel, ensuring:
- Only high-intent, conversion-ready leads move forward
- Zero leakage of serious prospects
- Strict filtering of low-quality leads
- Creation of a predictable and high-quality pipeline
Core Responsibility Areas
Lead Coverage & Speed
- Contact 100% assigned leads within defined TAT (≤ 2 hours)
- Ensure no lead remains untouched
- Maintain structured outreach (calls + follow-ups)
Multi-Touch Execution Discipline
- Minimum 3 attempts per lead (mandatory)
- No disqualification before full attempt cycle
- Maintain clear attempt logs
Lead Qualification (Primary Output)
Evaluate each lead on:
- Need clarity
- Budget alignment
- Timeline urgency
- Decision authority
Output must be one of:
- Qualified (ready for next stage)
- Nurture (follow-up needed)
- Disqualified (with reason)
Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 6 months –3 years in telecalling / inside sales
- Strong Hindi communication
- Ability to probe, not just pitch
- Comfortable with high rejection environment
Good to Have
- B2B / EV / Solar exposure
- CRM familiarity
- Basic commercial understanding

- High discipline, low excuses
- Ability to say “NO” to bad leads
- Strong listening over talking
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
