Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain and generate interest
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Maintain a record of calls and customer information
- Follow up on leads and conversions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Candidate should be able to speak Hindi, English, and Bengali fluently
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass. Graduation preferred.
