Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Ahmedabad.
The executive will support client communication and coordination activities within the Loans & Real Estate vertical. The role primarily involves outbound and inbound telecalling, lead generation, client follow-ups, converting prospective clients for loan and real estate services, handling basic inquiries, coordinating between customers, relationship managers, and internal teams, and supporting the execution of ongoing cases. The candidate will assist in loan application processing, documentation collection, case tracking, banker coordination, and customer follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely case closures.
The role requires active participation in voice-based client engagement, process follow-ups, lead conversion activities, and coordination support while maintaining high standards of professionalism, communication, accuracy, and customer service.
Candidates should possess strong communication an
d convincing skills with the ability to generate and convert leads for loan and real estate products and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer coordination, sales, or client handling
• Experience in , Loans, Banking, Financial Services, or Real Estate will be preferred
• Candidates with experience in loan processing, banker coordination, documentation, and customer follow-ups will be preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospective clients
• Comfortable with outbound and inbound calling
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
• Gujarati & Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
