Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services and offers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customers and maintain records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when required.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and call reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in the local language and/or English.
- Positive attitude and patience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or any graduate degree.
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
