JOB DESCRIPTION — TELECALLER (Full-Time)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month | Joining: Immediate

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a confident and target-driven Telecaller to promote our services, generate leads, and maintain client relationships — with immediate joining.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective clients & promote event services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Follow up on leads from digital campaigns and referrals.
Maintain and update client database / CRM records.
Coordinate with sales team for client meetings & site visits.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets consistently.
Collect client feedback and relay to the operations team.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Min. qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi; English is a plus.
Confident, persuasive, and pleasant phone manner.
Basic computer skills — MS Office, email, CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Experience in telecalling/sales preferred; freshers welcome.
Interest in events or hospitality is an advantage.
