Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Bhopal. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, share information about Realty Organiser’s real estate software solutions, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating lead and customer information in the system, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments or product demonstrations. The role also involves understanding customer needs, providing clear and courteous responses, and coordinating with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, including empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy, with comfort using CRM or lead management tools and maintaining accurate call records.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and scheduling efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to targets and performance metrics.
- Prior telecalling, sales, or real estate industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or communications is a plus.
