Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, providing detailed information about institutional programs, responding to inquiries, and addressing candidate concerns. The role also requires maintaining customer records, following up with potential leads, and ensuring excellent communication to convert inquiries into enrollments. Collaboration with the admissions and marketing teams will be an integral part of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, customer handling, and active listening.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and follow operational processes effectively.
- Basic understanding of accounting, finance, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using communication tools, CRM software, and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Relevant experience in customer service, telecommunication, or related roles is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages as applicable in the Kolkata metropolitan area is preferred.
