Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing detailed information about the institution's programs, and resolving inquiries. Daily tasks will include building and maintaining a database of potential learners, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate call records. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting with enrollment processes, and contributing to the institution's growth through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Ability to understand and clearly explain complex information to prospective learners
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic computer applications
- Effective organizational and data management skills
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is a plus
- A proactive and customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
