Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Patna. The Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to share information about the company’s services, answer inquiries, and support lead generation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and following up on leads to support the sales process. The role also involves handling inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members. The Telecaller will collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate information is shared and customer interactions are professional and consistent.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in clear, professional spoken English and local languages as applicable.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to listen actively, empathize, and resolve basic concerns over the phone.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, call-logging tools, and customer databases.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle a high volume of calls, and follow structured call scripts when required.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Patna and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th grade) or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn product and service details quickly.
