Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in the Pune Division. The Telecaller will engage with customers, address inquiries, provide product information, and promote the company's services. The role involves initiating and managing outbound calls, maintaining customer databases, and preparing regular reports. The Telecaller will collaborate closely with team members to achieve targets and provide a seamless customer experience, contributing to the sales and growth objectives of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in speaking clearly and persuasively
- Capability to build and maintain customer relationships both over the phone and during follow-ups
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Problem-solving abilities and confidence in addressing customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or related fields are a plus
- Experience 0 to 6 Month
- Strong communication skills English is mandatory
