Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role at Radiaant Captive (India) Private Limited, based in the Pune Division. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting clients and customers to promote services, provide information, and address inquiries. Additional daily responsibilities include handling customer concerns, resolving complaints, keeping track of customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records of communications. Achieving assigned targets and ensuring exceptional customer experiences are key goals of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in effectively handling customer queries and resolving complaints
- Ability to maintain accurate records of customer communication and follow-ups
- Proficient in tools and systems for data entry and reporting
- Customer-centric approach and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or related fields is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
