Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of the company’s products/services.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Convince potential customers by effectively highlighting the value and benefits.
- Accurately maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Consistently follow up on leads and maintain strong communication to nurture conversions.
- Achieve or exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance call scripts and strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality interactions and service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain confident and persuasive.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software/tools.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is an added advantage.
