Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in tele-calling, and the ability to generate qualified leads by interacting with potential customers. Knowledge of Hyderabad’s real estate market and developers will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound enquiries.
* Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
* Schedule site visits and appointments for property consultants.
* Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
* Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to prospective customers.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-ups.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of tele-calling or telesales experience.
* Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate developers and projects is preferred.
* Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
* Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu (spoken).
* Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
