Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller, based in Hyderabad with flexibility for partial remote work. Key responsibilities include outbound and inbound calling to prospective and existing clients to promote real estate services and properties. You will be tracking leads, providing clients with detailed information about our offerings, addressing inquiries, setting up appointments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You'll also support the sales team by coordinating with various departments and updating feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Strong telemarketing and customer service skills, including handling queries and promoting products
- Basic understanding of sales processes and aptitude for lead generation and follow-ups
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining organized client records
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or telecalling is a plus
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (additional languages are an advantage)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
