- -Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
- -Explain company products/services to customers clearly
- Generate leads and maintain customer records
- Follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments when required
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain positive customer relationships and achieve daily targets
- Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident and professional speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
