Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Vrindavan. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property options, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate call records. The role also involves scheduling site visits, addressing client inquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into successful sales.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and basic English proficiency
- Experience in customer relationship management and client interaction
- Ability to handle outbound calls, follow up on leads, and provide detailed property information
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage but not mandatory
- Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and follow-ups
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries
