Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Noida. The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing customers to provide information about financial products and services, answer inquiries, and guide them through the application process. You will be responsible for outbound calls, generating leads, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the process. The role includes maintaining accurate call records and consistently achieving performance targets within company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product details and benefits to customers
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage inquiries, and follow up effectively
- Basic understanding of Financial Products and Services, including personal loans, business loans, and overdraft facilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and a results-driven mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage calls and maintain records
- Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills, including familiarity with CRM software, email, and spreadsheets
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or financial services is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
