Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote the company’s services, maintaining records of interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and generating sales leads. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, managing customer communication, and recording feedback to improve client relations and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English with clear and confident speaking ability
- 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate (preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of Computer operations (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good phone etiquette and ability to handle customer conversations effectively
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain call records and follow-up data
