Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive

Job Summary:
NDMIT is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our Agra team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling prospective students, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to leads generated through various platforms
• Explain courses/programs offered by NDMIT
• Counsel students and guide them based on their requirements
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into admissions
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
Requirements & Skills:
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Strong convincing and counselling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Prior experience in sales/education counselling is an advantage
Qualification:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
Salary:
• Fixed + Attractive Incentives
Working Days:
• 6 Days Working
Location Preference:
• Candidates from Agra or nearby areas preferred
