Job Summary:
Seeking a confident and empathetic Telecaller who has prior counselling experience to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist leads and customers
- Provide counselling and guidance based on client requirements
- Explain services, resolve queries, and follow up regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions
- Build strong rapport and ensure a positive customer experience
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer advisory roles
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions confidently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Sales or lead conversion experience
- Good communication
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
