Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to share information about footwear products, ongoing offers, and brand updates. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming calls, answering customer queries, and guiding customers through product options available on myfoot.in. The role involves maintaining call logs, updating customer records in the system, and following up on leads to support sales and order closures. The Telecaller will also coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, patience, and the ability to handle objections and resolve basic concerns.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and call-logging or data-entry systems.
- Ability to follow call scripts, meet call and follow-up targets, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred, especially in retail, e-commerce, or footwear/apparel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum high school diploma (12th pass); a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to work on-site in Delhi during standard business hours.
