Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Connect with potential customers
- Explain our travel packages and services
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide information about travel packages, visa assistance, and services
- Follow up with inquiries to convert leads into bookings
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by management
- Handle customer queries professionally and promptly, maintaining a positive company image
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with potential customers and presenting travel packages persuasively
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools
