Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products/services, resolving customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work towards achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products, services, or promotions.
- Receive inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing detailed information, and offering solutions.
- Explain product or service features and benefits clearly, concisely, and persuasively to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of customer information, interactions, and transactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, lead generation, or sales targets as set by management.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and quality of service.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, company promotions, and policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Provide feedback on customer reactions and market trends to improve service and product offerings.
