Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students or parents, providing detailed information about educational programs, and addressing queries. Other responsibilities include maintaining records of calls and follow-ups, achieving daily/weekly/monthly calling targets, and delivering great customer service by building strong rapport with students and their families. The role also involves collaborating with the counseling team to ensure smooth follow-through of student admissions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage high call volumes and follow-up schedules.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or call tracking systems is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or within the education sector is preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred; however, relevant experience will also be considered.
