Role Description
This is a full-time Telecaller position based on-site in New Delhi. The Telecaller will engage with current and potential clients over the phone to provide information about Minerva Infosolution's IT hardware products and services. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, addressing customer questions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves following up on leads and coordinating with the sales and support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues professionally
- Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn about IT hardware products and services
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and result-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; graduation is a plus
