Role Description
This is a full-time Contract role for a Telecaller located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, responding to inquiries, and providing information about the school’s academic programs and application processes. They will maintain records of communications, assist in organizing admissions-related activities, and answer questions to support prospective students. The role also involves coordinating follow-ups, building positive relationships, and providing top-notch support to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and Tamil
- Basic computer proficiency, with familiarity in using CRM systems, email, and telecommunication tools
- Ability to effectively listen, articulate responses, and provide relevant information to potential students
- Prior telecalling, admissions, or customer service experience is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
