Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Indore. As a Telecaller, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote Main Character's products and offers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Additionally, you will record customer feedback, resolve their concerns, and assist in ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, offer solutions, and resolve issues effectively
- Proficient time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM tools or call management software
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new scenarios
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi is preferred
