Position: Telecaller
Location: Mumbai
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Objective
To promote and generate walk-in of probable candidates, achieving walk-in targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the institute.
Key Responsibilities - Counselor (Surat and Ahmedabad)
1. Handling enquiries and callings on leads generated through various sources.
2. Followup leads on call for enrolling them to online/offline training.
3. Responsible to meet day wise, week wise, month wise and quarter wise targets.
4. Responsible for Generate positive and genuine walkins
5. Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
6. Responsible for visiting colleges for the seminar and pulling Walkins from it.
7. Responsible for maintaining the brand's word of mouth, keeping timely check on the quality and getting referrals from the existing students.
8. Responsible for maintaining tasks sheet and keeping it timely updated.
9.Responsible for believing in self-research and keeping itself updated as per industry standards in terms of technologies
10. Responsible for timely escalation to the reporting manager and ensuring smooth transition.
11. Responsible for understanding the need of the hour for enquiry generation and if required
to do cold callings.
