Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to provide product information, handle inquiries, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes following up on leads, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Additionally, the Telecaller will support sales efforts by promoting products and services, and ensuring effective communication between customers and the sales team.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage effectively with customers over the phone
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a customer-focused mindset
  • Prior experience in a telecalling or customer support role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus
