Role Description
This is a full-time Telecaller role based on-site at Helios Event Productions in Mylapore. The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, promoting services, and building relationships to grow the company's network. The role includes handling customer inquiries, providing information about the company’s offerings, addressing client concerns, and maintaining client databases with up-to-date, accurate details. Meeting daily and weekly targets will form a part of the overall responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients
- Proficiency in customer handling, problem-solving, and addressing inquiries effectively
- Strong organizational and database management skills for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Proven ability to meet sales or outreach targets consistently
- Fluency in English and additional regional languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
