We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Tele Calling Executive to generate leads, manage clients, and close property deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, networking.
- Handle client inquiries and understand property requirements
- Conduct Video Calls and Meetings with the Clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the real estate market
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools
Experience
- 1 years experience in real estate sales (preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales mindset can also apply
